Hillside Honey is produced in the heart of Connecticut’s Quiet Corner in the town of Brooklyn.
Our friends Deb and Jerry have been keeping bees and gathering small batches of wildflower honey from the active hives surrounding their home for years now for family and friends.
We are proud to be able to carry this limited quantity, hand-filtered honey as the perfect companion to our many teas or as a base for homemade syrups or oxymels.
NOTE: Not recommended for infants under one year of age.
